This makes the Mini UX small and light weight camera ideally suited for applications as varied as life sciences, off board automotive testing or ballistic testing. The Mini UX100 and the UX50 utilize a digital CMOS sensor with full 1280 by 1024 pixel resolution to 4000 frames per second (fps), 6400 fps at 720 HD video resolution (20 for the UX50), and reduced resolution operation all the way to 800.000 fps.
